Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of AOSvisa, a software platform operated by Bookit Labz LLC ("AOSvisa," "we," "us," or "our"), with a registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. By accessing or using AOSvisa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using AOSvisa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using AOSvisa on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authorization to bind that person to these Terms.
2. Description of the service
AOSvisa is a self-help software platform that helps users prepare U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) forms for marriage-based Adjustment of Status. AOSvisa is not a law firm, does not employ attorneys to advise users, and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or any other legal service. The forms we generate are the official USCIS forms; we help you organize your information and populate them correctly.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use AOSvisa. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements. Use of AOSvisa is intended for individuals filing a marriage-based Adjustment of Status; if your situation falls outside that scope, please consult a licensed immigration attorney.
4. No attorney-client relationship
Use of AOSvisa does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and AOSvisa, Bookit Labz LLC, or anyone associated with the service. Communications with our support team are not protected by attorney-client privilege. For legal advice about your specific situation, consult a licensed immigration attorney before filing with USCIS.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of every piece of information you provide. AOSvisa prepares forms based on what you input; we do not independently verify the facts of your case. Before filing your package with USCIS you must review every form for accuracy. USCIS, not AOSvisa, makes all decisions on your application.
6. Payments, fees, and refunds
The platform fee for AOSvisa is a one-time charge collected through Stripe at the time of checkout. We currently offer two tiers: a self-service tier at $399 (digital filing-ready package) and a full-service tier at $599 (which also includes certified translations of your documents, professional printing of the complete package, and physical delivery to your address). USCIS filing fees are set by the U.S. government and are paid by you directly to USCIS; they are not collected by AOSvisa. Platform fees are non-refundable once your package has been generated, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a platform error caused your charge, contact support@aosvisa.com and we will review your case in good faith.
7. Intellectual property
AOSvisa, including the software, design, documentation, and original content, is owned by Bookit Labz LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. The USCIS forms generated by the platform are public-domain government forms and are not owned by AOSvisa. You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload; you grant AOSvisa a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of preparing and delivering your package.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AOSvisa to submit false information, commit fraud, impersonate another person, evade U.S. immigration law, or for any unlawful purpose. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or otherwise misuse the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate these requirements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AOSvisa's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to the service is limited to the platform fee you paid. AOSvisa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or USCIS denial of your application. We do not guarantee USCIS approval, and approval depends solely on USCIS's review of your case.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AOSvisa, Bookit Labz LLC, and our officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of false or misleading information.
11. Termination
You may stop using AOSvisa at any time and may close your account from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual-property, and dispute-resolution clauses) will continue to apply.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform before the changes take effect. Continued use of AOSvisa after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where Bookit Labz LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
14. Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation by contacting support@aosvisa.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
