Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data

Bookit Labz LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with a registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, is the controller of the personal information processed through AOSvisa. You can reach us at support@aosvisa.com for any privacy-related question or request.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your email address, password (stored as a salted hash), and any name you provide.
• Case data you submit through the questionnaire: biographic facts (name, date and place of birth, nationality), marital history, immigration history, address history, employment history, sponsor financial details, and similar information needed to fill USCIS forms.
• Documents you upload (passport, marriage certificate, I-94, tax returns, evidence of bona-fide marriage, photos, and others).
• Payment data: handled by Stripe. We receive the result of the payment (success or failure) and the Stripe customer / session identifiers. We never see or store your full payment-card number.
• Technical data: server logs, IP address, user-agent, and basic event data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

3. How we use your information

We use your information strictly to:

• Prepare your USCIS filing package and the related documents.
• Run AI-assisted validation and cross-checks on the data you provide.
• Process your payment and deliver the digital ZIP (and, for the full-service tier, the printed and translated package).
• Provide customer support, respond to your requests, and notify you about your order.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect the service against fraud or abuse.

4. We do not sell or rent your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with third parties for advertising or marketing. The only sharing that happens is with the service providers described in Section 6, strictly for them to perform their portion of the service.

5. Legal basis and consent

You provide your information voluntarily so that AOSvisa can perform the service you requested. By creating an account and submitting your information, you consent to the collection and use described in this Policy. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account, subject to data we are required to retain by law (see Section 9).

6. Service providers we share with

We use the following processors to operate the service. Each one only receives the information needed for their role and is bound by their own terms and applicable data-processing terms.

• Stripe (payments): card data and payment metadata. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.
• Supabase (database and file storage): your account, case data, and uploaded documents are stored in a Supabase-hosted Postgres database and an access-controlled Supabase storage bucket with row-level security.
• Anthropic (AI document processing): documents you upload are sent to Anthropic's Claude models for data extraction (passports, I-94, marriage certificates, tax returns, etc.) and for relationship-evidence analysis. Claude does not train on your data per Anthropic's commercial API terms.
• Resend (transactional email): your email address is used to send order, generation, and support messages.
• Translation services (full-service tier): translations of your documents are performed internally by Bookit Labz LLC. Your documents are not shared with external translation providers.

7. AI processing — transparency

AOSvisa uses AI models (Anthropic Claude) to extract structured data from the documents you upload and to validate the answers you provide. The model receives only the document, the questionnaire context needed for the task, and the prompts we send. AI outputs are always reviewable by you before any form is included in your final package. We do not use your data to train AI models, and our AI provider's commercial terms prohibit them from using your data for training.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information: transport encryption over TLS, encryption at rest on the database and storage layer, access-scoped credentials, and per-user Row Level Security policies that prevent one account from reading another account's data. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify affected users promptly as required by applicable law.

9. Data retention

We retain your account and case data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from your account settings. We may retain limited records as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, use your account settings or contact support@aosvisa.com. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell your personal information.

11. Children

AOSvisa is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact support@aosvisa.com and we will delete it.

12. International users and transfers

AOSvisa is operated from the United States and is intended for users filing immigration applications within the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
