AOSvisa is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are a self-help software platform. For legal advice about your specific case, consult a licensed immigration attorney before filing any document with USCIS.

1. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice

AOSvisa is a software company operated by Bookit Labz LLC. The people behind AOSvisa are not licensed to practice law in any U.S. state, are not authorized to give you legal advice, and are not your attorneys. Nothing on the AOSvisa website, in the application, or in messages from our support team is legal advice. Use of AOSvisa does not create an attorney-client relationship. Practicing law without a license is illegal in every U.S. state — AOSvisa does not do this, and we will never tell you what to do with your specific case.

2. What we provide

AOSvisa provides a structured questionnaire that organizes your information and generates USCIS forms based on your answers. The forms we produce are the same official forms published by USCIS — we help you fill them in correctly and assemble a complete filing package. We also provide evidence checklists, filing instructions, and a generated cover letter.

3. What we do not provide

AOSvisa does not:

  • Interpret your legal situation or tell you what your specific facts mean for your case.
  • Recommend strategies, waivers, exceptions, or legal theories.
  • Predict whether USCIS will approve or deny your application.
  • Represent you before USCIS, immigration court, or any other agency.
  • Substitute for the judgment of a licensed immigration attorney.

4. You should hire an immigration attorney if any of the following applies to you

AOSvisa is designed for straightforward marriage-based Adjustment of Status cases with no complicating factors. Please consult a licensed immigration attorney before using AOSvisa, or before filing, if any of the following applies:

  • You have any criminal history, including arrests, charges, or convictions for offenses you consider minor (such as DUI, shoplifting, marijuana possession, or domestic incidents).
  • You have had a prior visa, asylum, parole, green card, or other immigration application denied.
  • You have ever been ordered deported or removed, were placed in removal or deportation proceedings, or were issued a Notice to Appear (NTA).
  • You entered the United States without inspection (no I-94, no port-of-entry stamp).
  • You have been out of status in the U.S. for more than 180 days at any point.
  • USCIS or another U.S. agency has previously found fraud or willful misrepresentation in your record.
  • You have a prior marriage that was not formally and legally terminated (no divorce decree, annulment, or death certificate).
  • You believe a U.S. immigration officer has accused you of fraud or sham marriage.
  • You have been the subject of a J-1 two-year home-residency requirement or a similar bar that has not been waived.
  • You have ever been denied entry to the United States, withdrew an application for admission, or were sent to secondary inspection.
  • Any aspect of your case feels unclear, high-stakes, or different from what AOSvisa's questionnaire describes.

An immigration attorney consultation is typically $150–$300 and can save you thousands of dollars and years of complications if your case has any of the above factors.

5. No guarantee of outcome

USCIS — not AOSvisa — decides whether to approve your Adjustment of Status. We do not guarantee approval. Even a perfectly prepared package can be denied based on facts USCIS uncovers in its own review, in interviews, or in background checks. We do not refund USCIS filing fees in any circumstance because we do not collect them.

6. Accuracy of information

Every form AOSvisa generates is built from the information you provide. You are responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of that information. If you submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information, the form will reflect that — and submitting false information to USCIS is itself a serious offense that can result in denial, removal proceedings, criminal liability, and a permanent bar to U.S. immigration benefits.
